Keys To Fitness – Who Needs a Gym?

The Key to Fitness is having your mind work in conjunction with your body especially after many years of being inactive.  If you aspire to be fitter than you must convince yourself it is worth doing. Others can encourage but you must set the goal yourself. It requires setting aside time and some amount of discipline. If you go for it the benefits are immense. They are better cardio capacity, improved muscular strength, flexibility, better body composition, numerous health benefits (improved blood pressure, improved cholesterol levels, stronger bones and lower blood sugar) and quite possibly improved emotional and mental health.

Being fit for me is like breathing. I have a passion for being fit but more importantly I have a passion for helping others to achieve their fitness goals. I am part athlete, part song and dance man, part comedian and part drill instructor (the nice kind – no screaming and yelling here).
